Are you a vegan or vegetarian already?

If so, this is good and you have taken a step in the right direction.

But sadly, many vegans/vegetarians are still not eating optimally. There are some foods which qualify as a vegan/vegetarian that are not phytonutrient rich or even healthy.

I think eating some vegan foods is just as bad for your health as some non-vegan choices. For example, some nutrient poor vegan foods include grits, pancakes(covered in syrup), french fries, home fries, breads, noodles, pasta and potato chips.  The processed prepackaged vegetarian meals such a veggie patties or veggie "meats" are also loaded in sodium and should not be over used in a diet.
